Us Passport
Health is a national network of independently owned and operated Travel
Health and Immunization Clinics. We
are linked together in terms of knowledge sharing and buying power, so
that you receive first class service in a cost effective manner. Passport
Health clinics around the nation have always been at the fore-front of
many vaccine related issues; from bio-terrorism, to vaccinating troops
deploying for Iraq. Across
the nation we are administering Anthrax clinics for front line
bio-terrorist responders. Our
primary goal is customer satisfaction, so that when you leave our
clinics, you are well prepared to take that “trip of a lifetime” and
stay healthy while doing it. Healthy

Planning for good health on an international trip is as important as planning the route, buying your tickets and obtaining passports and visas. Passport Health provides information, immunizations and consultation for international travelers |

Our health professionals will assess your individual needs, prescribe and administer immunizations and medications. And discuss precautionary measures for dietary and recreational activities. You’ll also receive the latest information on health risks and requirements for each destination. |

You’ll receive an official vaccination record to keep with your travel documents, along with a customized health and travel information booklet. Each booklet details the health risks and requirements for the specific countries of your itinerary, plus consular information, general travel advice and tips on avoiding traveler’s diarrhea and other maladies. Passport Health also carries a line of travel related medications and supplies to keep you safe and healthy. Examples include antimalarials, mosquito netting, oral re-hydration salts, first aid kits, water purification kits, insect repellents, sterile syringe packets, tick pliers, converter/adapter kits, compression hose and many other items.
