2008 Flu Clinics |
||
In
our effort to better serve you, we are starting early this year to book
our flu clinics. Not only
will this benefit you by being assured of your desired date and time in
our program; it also helps us to keep our costs down by being able to
order flu vaccine accurately.
As in the past, our repeat customers and those who respond
quickly will be given top priority.
For those of you who have not worked with us in the past, a list of satisfied clients is available, and we certainly welcome your phone calls and inquiries. An added benefit is that we have 3 office locations where employees who miss the day of the clinic can come for their flu shot. At
this time, all we need from you is to return the accompanying form by
fax or mail as promptly as possible, with your best estimate of the
amount of people you think will be receiving the vaccine.
Please give us an indication of the times and dates that you are
considering. Your clinic will be officially booked after we have received this
form, and contacted you to confirm a specific date and time.
Our nurses are very adept at giving shots, and we will be booking
time according to the estimated number of people per clinic.
Pneumococcal vaccine (pneumonia)
will also be available upon request at the time of the clinic for $50. We
will come on site for 20 people or more.
If less than 20 people are at the clinic, a fee of $65.00 for
nursing time will be charged to the company. The price of flu vaccine for 2008 is $25.00.
